No, having an account is not mandatory. However, creating one will streamline your shopping process, eliminating the need to repeatedly enter your details.

How do I create an account with AL-Taseer?

Creating an account with AL-Taseer is a simple process. Follow these steps:

  • Click on the ‘User’ icon.
  • Select the ‘Create an Account’ tab located on the Customer Login screen.
  • Enter your personal details on the account creation page.
  • Click on the ‘Create an Account’ tab to finalize the process.

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, simply choose the FORGOT PASSWORD option on the Account Login Page. You’ll receive a password reset email after entering your account email address.

If you don’t receive the email within an hour or face difficulties resetting your password, please visit the CONTACT US page below, and we’ll assist you further.

How can I update or edit my shipping and billing address details?

Sign in to your account and navigate to ‘My Account’. Here, you can edit and update your details for future orders. For changes in the delivery address after order confirmation, contact our customer service immediately.

How can I view my order details and history?

To view your order history, sign in to ‘My Account’ and click on the respective order ID to see the details. After placing an order, you’ll receive an email/SMS confirming it.

What if I haven’t received a confirmation email/SMS?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email/SMS within 4 hours of placing your order, first, ensure that the provided email address and contact number are correct. Check your junk mail as well. If the issue persists, contact us through the CONTACT US section, providing your full name used for the order.

How can I place an order?

To place an order, follow these steps:

  • Sign in to your account or create a new one.
  • Select the desired product(s) and adjust quantities.
  • Proceed to checkout, enter billing and shipping information, and choose your payment mode.
  • Review and submit your order.

Please note that we only accept orders for delivery in Pakistan.

How will I know if you’ve received my order?

Once your order is logged, you’ll receive an email/SMS containing the details, including a unique Order ID, item(s) ordered, and expected delivery time. However, the order will be shipped only after payment verification or confirmation of the shipping address.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your current order status and history by logging into your account and visiting the Order history section.

What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?

If a product is marked out of stock after you’ve placed your order, we’ll inform you as soon as possible. You can either choose an alternative product guided by our customer care or visit our stores.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation depends on the order status. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. We aim to ship orders promptly, so please review your items carefully before placing an order.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

If you made an error in your shipping address, inform us as soon as possible through the CONTACT US section, providing your order number and the correct address. If your order has already shipped, contact your courier with the tracking details for an address update.

Can I change the items on my order?

Contact us promptly for any changes to your order. However, changes may not be possible once the order is processed at our warehouse.

Issues with Items Received

I received damaged products

If any items are received in unsatisfactory condition, notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged items through the CONTACT US section. Do not dispose of the items, as they may need to be returned for a refund.

I received incorrect items

If you received incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the items received. Use the CONTACT US section, and ensure to include the email address associated with your order.

I am not satisfied with the items I received

If you’re not fully satisfied with the items, inform us about the issue using the CONTACT US section. You can refer to the returns policy for further assistance.

Delivery Info

How long will my order take to arrive?

Order processing time is 2-4 business days for Karachi & Lahore, and 4-7 business days for the rest of Pakistan.

What are the delivery charges?

Shipping is free on orders above PKR 1000. Below PKR 1000, a nominal delivery fee of PKR 150 for Karachi & PKR 200 for the rest of Pakistan will be charged.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account and checking the Order history section.

How many delivery attempts will be made?

Our delivery teams attempt delivery three times. If you’re unavailable, a new attempt will be made the next day.

What could cause a delay in my order’s delivery?

Timely delivery depends on various factors including stock availability, courier load, weather conditions, and unforeseen situations. We strive to support you in case of any delays.

Returns

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Products can be returned or exchanged if found damaged upon receipt. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged items through the CONTACT US section.

No product/item ordered online can be exchanged at any AL-Taseer retail stores.

What if there’s a defect in the order received?

In case of a defective item, we’ll arrange for our courier partner to pick up the item. Provide photographic evidence and other required details within 24 hours of receiving the order through the CONTACT US section.

The product must be returned in its original packaging. Failure to do so may result in additional charges for product handling.
