What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
For returns or exchanges, we extend our assistance if the product arrives damaged or fails to meet your specifications. Simply reach out to our customer service team via email, attaching photographic evidence of the damaged product, a picture of the invoice, or call us with your order ID.
We kindly ask that any complaints regarding unsatisfactory items be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged items along with your pack slip through the CONTACT US section. It’s important to note that we are unable to consider cases reported after this 24-hour window. Please refrain from disposing of the items as they may need to be returned for a refund.
How should I inform you if there’s a defect in my order?
If you receive a defective item within Pakistan, AL-Taseer will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the defective item in its original packaging. Pickup timings will be communicated in advance. We require photographic evidence of the product, a picture of the invoice, and our courier’s airway bill sent via email to our customer service email or WhatsApp. Upon receipt, we will issue a replacement for the item listed on the invoice.
Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging to facilitate a smooth exchange process. Any additional charges incurred due to improper packaging will be the responsibility of the customer.
