Creating an account with AL-Taseer is a simple process. Follow these steps:
- Click on the ‘User’ icon.
- Select the ‘Create an Account’ tab located on the Customer Login screen.
- Enter your details on the account creation page.
- Click on the ‘Create an Account’ tab to finalize the process.
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, simply choose the FORGOT PASSWORD option on the Account Login Page. You’ll receive a password reset email after entering your account email address.

How can I update or edit my shipping and billing address details?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Order processing time is 2-4 business days for Karachi & Lahore and 4-7 business days for the rest of Pakistan.
What are the delivery charges?
Shipping is free on orders above PKR 1000. Below PKR 1000, a nominal delivery fee of PKR 150 for Karachi & PKR 200 for the rest of Pakistan will be charged.

How many delivery attempts will be made?
Our delivery teams attempt delivery three times. If you’re unavailable, a new attempt will be made the next day.
